This training is designed for mediation professionals and practitioners as well as those interested in an introduction to this field.  It will be of interest to those who want to add new skills to their tool-kit, and, in particular, core communication, leadership and relationship skills.

Through discussion and interaction participants will explore concepts such as:

  • Deepening your understanding of what is happening within your thinking and mind when faced with threatening information and difference

  • Being present and available to what is happening in another’s mind

  • Why the quality of our listening matters, and how to listen and respond intentionally

  • How to tune into new patterns of interaction and communication

Skills that will be introduced and practiced include:

  • Attending to the process of mediation or conflict resolution

  • Broadening the understanding of the mediator or facilitator role

  • Listening to the Listener

  • Deepening insights, exploring possibilities, and making decisions

This intensive program will run online for six weeks from May 24, 2021 to June 28, 2021. Sessions will be two hours in length and will be held weekly.  Space is limited.

Fee: 300 Euros.  Half-scholarship is available to those who are self-employed, underemployed or unemployed.
